Commission a Custom Design

Custom wall art designs start from 120 x 60 cm size (or equal m² dimensions).

When it comes to custom art the sky is the limit; whole feature walls, wall claddings, barn doors, table tops, mirrors or unusual shapes (including rounds) – I am open to all ideas and suggestions and will do my best to bring your vision to life.

I do private commissions as well as commercial (eg your office space, restaurant/bar, or retail/event space).

Custom designs include a comprehensive design consultation via email/messages. I will create a unique design for you that will never be repeated. My consultations are individualised, you can give me a basic brief and let me go with the flow or you can take the lead and send me images of your home/business space, mood boards, colour codes, images, poems, books or places that inspire you. I will do my best to bring your vision to live in a unique design. I will give guidance on a colour pallet, artwork size and pattern if you are unsure of what works best for your space.

If you wish I can incorporate materials that you provide, eg, building timber from a home you lived in (old floor boards, beams, etc) or pieces of furniture that you want to give a new life. This could be inherited or sentimental items that you don’t have use for but cannot part with. In some cases I can incorporate materials other than wood, I love a challenge and creating art that has meaning to my customers and will become part of their personal story.

I will be providing ongoing communication leading up to your design being made if questions or ideas arise in the meantime. I share the process on my socials (Instagram @studio.sarai, Facebook @studiosaraiperth) so you can follow along while your design comes to life. 

A lot of thought goes into custom works and you will receive a unique design that will never be repeated. Due to the longer process of creating custom wall art there is usually a wait list, I will give you an indication of lead times during the ordering process.
