Once you’ve contacted us we will send you our Price Guide with our standard artwork size options and information about the order process. We will assist you in choosing the right size for your artwork and work with you to bring your design vision to life.
Absolutely! You can even give us colour codes to match your wall paint for example, and we can incorporate it into into your artwork.

This depends on demand as we are usually booked out several months in advance. If you have a time critical project please let us know so we can accommodate this in our schedule.
All of our designs come with a heavy duty wire attachment that allows for both horizontal and vertical installation on a screw. If you have plasterboard walls please always drill into beams or use drywall anchors.
Our designs are intended for indoor use only. Please enquire if you would like to commission a design for outdoor use.
We work with a wide range of soft and hardwoods, depending on what we can source, salvage, or reuse. Most of our pieces are made using recycled materials, from reclaimed timber and leftover building supplies to repurposed furniture. When needed, we also use new wood sourced from local hardware stores or specialist timber suppliers. If you have a specific type of wood in mind, we’re happy to incorporate it into a custom design.

Shipping and payment information
Yes, we ship internationally. Your shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. If you commission a design we will provide you with a detailed freight quote.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping within Australia. International orders usually take 3-4 weeks.
We don’t offer returns or refunds for our designs. However, if you are not satisfied with your artwork, please contact us so we can find a solution.
We take a 30% non-refundable deposit to put your order on the books and reserve your spot on our order list. The balance won’t be due until you have seen and approved the finished artwork.
You can pay for artworks from our online shop using a credit card or Afterpay. For custom orders, we typically only accept payment via bank transfer but can offer other payment options on request.

Due to the size and weight of our artworks PO Box or Locked Bag addresses are not accepted.

Measurements and weight may vary slightly from the listed artwork sizes.
Grain, knots, cracks, and other natural imperfections are part of the recycled and reclaimed timber we use and are intentionally included in our designs to contribute to each piece’s unique character. Because of this, each product will have its own distinctive wood grain and texture.
All pieces are intended for indoor use only. Studio Sarai accepts no liability for damage caused by heat or moisture if artworks are installed outdoors or exposed to the elements.
Each artwork is fitted with a heavy-duty wire attachment on the back. For safety, we recommend drilling into brick or beams or using drywall anchors when mounting on plasterboard walls.
Please note we do not offer returns or refunds, but if you experience any issues with your artwork, get in touch, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
